Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the use of the CrossCompet platform, accessible at crosscompet.fr, published by QLCsystem.

2. Services

CrossCompet provides a competition management platform for CrossFit, Hyrox and cross training events. Applicable fees are: €1 + 2% per ticket in standalone mode, or Stripe fees only in CrossPlanner module mode (€350/year).

3. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe processing fees are added to the platform fees. QLCsystem is not responsible for bank or currency conversion fees.
